Brentford Women’s squad has been confirmed ahead of the 2025/26 London and South East Premier Division season.

Under the guidance of new head coach Carly Williams, the Bees are set to embark on their first campaign in tier five following last term’s promotion.

This off-season has seen 11 players join the squad alongside Williams, while 13 players have returned for another campaign in west London.

Esme Alaneme, Khyri McKenzie, Renai McCrea, Asees Sangha, Maï Louvrier, Ilana Harris-Walters and Cloe O’Brien have made the move to Brentford, while goalkeeper Evie Witek has returned to the club.

Existing players Maddie Phillips, Regan Graver, Alissa Down, Carolin Engelhard, Nikki Woods, Habeebat Gbajabiamila, Ashley Cheatley, Freya Worsley and Lucy Potter will remain with the Bees for the 2025/26 campaign.

That group will be joined by seven dual players, who will split their time between the first team and Brentford Women B. Last season’s squad members Kirsty Matthews, Paula Holguin and Chelsie Berry take up three spots alongside new signings Liberty Morrice-Bartlett, Tiffany Balfour, Rems Gardener and Kasha Petit.

Decisions on other squad members are ongoing and will be communicated in due course.

Long-serving club captain Mollie Holmes announced her retirement following the conclusion of the 2024/25 campaign. First-team players Nour Aboul Kheir, Samantha Read, Sophie Troth, Chloe Webb, Jodie Reid and Eleonora Cottrell also departed the club this summer.

Each player played a significant role in the Bees’ success across the past two seasons, which resulted in back-to-back Capital Cups, a Trophy Cup and last season’s London and South East Division One North triumph.

Brentford Women begin their league season on Sunday with an away game against Aylesford (kick-off 3.30pm BST).
