Mr Woolmer has refereed 11 Brentford games, the last of which was the home win against Blackburn Rovers just before Christmas.
He may also bookend Mark Warburton’s time as Brentford Manager.
Mr Woolmer was referee for the last game Warburton did not take charge of and if The Bees do not make the Play-Off then it will be the last game at the helm for the Brentford boss.
The Bees were beaten 3-2 by Carlisle United in an FA Cup Second Round tie in December 2013 with Alan Kernaghan at the helm after the departure of Uwe Rösler, Warburton was appointed a few days later.
Prior to that he refereed Brentford’s 3-1 win over Sheffield United in August 2013, a 1-0 defeat to Walsall in a Capital One Cup First Round tie in 2012 and a 6-0 Johnstone’s Paint Trophy win over AFC Bournemouth in November 2011.
He was in charge of The Bees’ 2-0 defeat away to Yeovil Town in January 2011, a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth in November 2010, a 3-2 defeat against Swindon Town in May 2010, the 2-2 draw with Millwall in November 2009 and the derby win against Barnet in March 2009.
His first Brentford game was in February 2006 when The Bees beat Walsall 5-0 at Griffin Park.
