1.5 If you fail to pay for your Season Ticket within the period we notify, your Season Ticket will not be allocated to you, and (if you are attempting to renew) will not be able to renew and you will relinquish your allocated seat.

Payment

2

2.1 You have the option to purchase your Season Ticket either in a single payment of the entire price or in 12 monthly payments.

2.2 The sale/renewal of each Season Ticket is subject to you providing the Club with payment of the relevant price:

  • a. in full at the time of purchase; or

  • b. where you meet the qualifying criteria, in instalments via direct debit.

2.3 If you are paying in full at the time of purchase, the following terms apply:

  • 2.3.1

You may make payment using Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit and/or debit cards. No surcharge is payable on these payments.

  • 2.3.2

You can opt to use any ticketing credit in your account to reduce the total payment for your Season Ticket by selecting this option at the time of payment.

2.4 If you are paying via direct debit, the following terms apply:

  • 2.4.1

    You must be over 18 years old and have a valid UK bank account;

  • 2.4.2

If your application is accepted, the Club will send an email (or if we don’t have your email address, a letter) (“Confirmation”) to you confirming the details of your Season Ticket. You must make sure that the Club has accurate bank details and enough credit for the payments you make. Your Season Ticket payments will be 12 equal monthly payments. Your first payment for the 2026/27 season will be made on 1 July 2026 and each monthly payment will then be taken from your designated bank account on the first working day of the month, unless your Season Ticket is cancelled in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  • 2.4.2

You can opt to use any ticketing credit in your account to reduce the direct debit payments for your Season Ticket by selecting this option at the time of payment.

  • 2.4.3

In the event that the Club is unable to take payment from your bank account on the first working day of the month, the Club will contact you to inform you that your payment has failed and you will need to make a payment before the end of the month.

  • 2.4.4

It is your responsibility to ensure that all instalments are paid to the Club on the relevant instalment due date. The time for payment of each instalment shall be of the essence. If any monthly payment fails, the Club will charge a sum of £10.00 for each and every failed direct debit payment. The Club will also prevent use of your Season Ticket (and any other access to Matches or the Ground by you) until the amount owed is paid; and if any part of that amount remains unpaid one month later, or if you fail to make another monthly payment, the Club reserves the right to cancel your Season Ticket without notice.

Season Ticket Conditions of Issue

3

3.1 Season Tickets are only for the use of supporters of the Club. Lending Season Tickets to fans of visiting clubs causes safety issues and is prohibited. The Club reserves the right to withdraw Season Tickets, or apply other sanctions, if they are found to be shared with away fans in this way, as outlined in the Club’s Acceptable Behaviour Policy.

3.2 The issue of a Season Ticket and your access to the Ground is subject to the rules of the Premier League/Football League, Football Association and the Club’s Terms & Conditions of Entry.

3.3 The Club reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions, the Ground Regulations, Conditions of Issue or Conditions of Entry and the Acceptable Behaviour Policy from time to time provided that any material amendments will be notified to you by email and/or all amendments will be available in advance of being effective on the Club’s website.

Admission to the Ground

4

4.1 By using a Season Ticket, you confirm your acceptance of the Club’s Terms & Conditions of Entry and to abide by the Ground Regulations and Acceptable Behaviour Policy.

4.2 Unless otherwise informed by the Club, a Season Ticket permits you to occupy the seat specified on your Season Ticket at Qualifying Matches. It also gives you such rights in respect of other Matches as are specified in the Supporter Charter.

4.3 The Club may move your seat to an alternative seat prior to or during a Match if it reasonably considers that your behaviour at a Match may adversely affect other supporters or where the Club reasonably believes that it is in the interests of your or other supporters’ safety.

4.4 Nothing in these Conditions of Issue implies any entitlement to occupy the seat indicated on your Season Ticket in any subsequent season. The Club may have to move you from your specified seat for operational reasons, although the Club would always endeavour to move you to a comparable seat where possible. The Club also reserves the right to withdraw the option to renew a Season Ticket for future seasons if it believes a seat is persistently not being used in good faith, for example if the season ticket holder is only attending a limited number of games themselves per season.

4.5 Seats in the Club’s Family Area are subject to eligibility criteria. Family groups should contain no more than two adults (aged 18 or over on 1 August 2026) and have at least one Junior Season Ticket Holder aged 15 or below on 1 August 2026. For the 2026/27 season, family groups with no Junior Season Ticket Holders will be asked to move to an alternative location in the stadium.

4.6 Usage of Season Tickets is subject to the Club’s ‘Every Seat Counts Policy’ which can be found here.

4.7 Season Ticket Holders will be invited to renew their Season Ticket if they meet the required usage levels ahead of the Season Ticket Renewal Date. Usage of a Season Ticket is deemed to have taken place if any of following takes place:

  • You attend the match in person and have your Season Ticket card scanned.

  • You transfer your ticket to another Brentford supporter, and the recipient scans their ticket.

  • You list your ticket on the Ticket Exchange prior to 2pm on the day before the match.

  • You list your ticket on the Ticket Exchange after the 2pm deadline on the day before the match and it sells before the kick-off.

4.8 Season Ticket Holders will be permitted to miss three home games up to the point of the Season Ticket Renewal Date. Season Ticket Holders will receive a 'yellow card' from the Club for each game where their Season Ticket is not 'used'. Season Ticket Holders with four or more 'yellow cards' will lose their automatic opportunity to renew for the 2026/27 season. An appeals process will be in place which is outlined on the Club's website.

4.9 Except as provided by clause 4.10 below, you may not use any equipment to record or transmit (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material of match footage or any information or data in relation to a Match. Any person acting in breach of this provision may be required to deliver up any record of such material to the Premier League/Football League and/or the Club and if you do make any such record in breach of these Terms, you hereby assign the copyright in any such material to the Club.

4.10 You may use mobile phones (including those which incorporate audio and/or video recording) at the Ground, provided that any recordings are for your personal, private and non-commercial use, for the avoidance of doubt the uploading of such material to social media platforms is prohibited.

4.11 You shall not use or display within the Ground any sponsorship, promotional or other “ambush” marketing materials with the purpose of promoting a third party’s brand.

4.12 You shall not offer or distribute (free or for sale) within the Ground any commercial product.

4.13 Without prejudice to the representation at clause 9.1 below, in accordance with the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, any member club of the Premier League from time to time may enforce a breach of the Tragedy Chanting prohibition contained at paragraph 9 of the Ground Regulations relating to the banning of individuals from stadia and/or locations owned, occupied or utilised by any other member clubs of the Premier League from time to time who have engaged in Tragedy Chanting.

Use of Your Season Ticket

5

5.1 Season Tickets are issued for your sole use and except as provided by clause 5.2 below you shall not offer to resell, assign or transfer or lend the Season Ticket or the benefit of it to any other person. In particular, you may not offer your Season Ticket as a prize in a promotion or competition or as part of a hospitality package without the express written permission of the Club.

5.2 You may transfer the Season Ticket through the Club’s official Ticket Exchange or to a Guest via the Club’s Ticket Transfer Process provided that resale or transfer to a Guest is in respect of an individual Match and there is no payment over the face value of a ticket for that Match. Ticket transfers may be subject to Eligibility Requirements which will be communicated by the Club in relation to each fixture. You must inform any Guest that the Terms and Conditions of Entry and Ground Regulations apply to each Guest, and you will be held responsible if your Guest is found to have breached these. In particular, you must not transfer a Season Ticket to a Guest who is a supporter of a visiting Club.

5.3 Provided that you list your Premier League Season Ticket on the Club’s official Ticket Exchange by midnight at least seven days prior to the Match kick-off, the Club will guarantee a pro rata payment for your Ticket. If listed less than seven days ahead of the Match kick-off, such payment will only be made when the Ticket is sold. This guarantee is subject to the Club’s Premier League status and will not apply in the event of relegation to the Championship.

5.4 The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets is a criminal offence. The Club will consider if a sanction is appropriate and, separately, will inform the police if Season Tickets are being sold illegally and will press for appropriate charges.

5.5 Your Season Ticket will remain the property of the Club and must be produced together with evidence of your identity if required to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer. Your Season Ticket will be frozen until such identity information is provided.

5.6 Misuse of your Season Ticket may result in the holder being refused entry to, or ejected from, the Ground in respect of a particular Match and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of this Season Ticket. In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause 5.6, no refund shall be payable to the holder in respect of any unexpired portion of it. The Club further reserves its right to take any legal action as it sees fit in connection with such matters, including a claim for an account of profits from an unauthorised commercial use of the Season Ticket.

5.7 The Club reserves the right not to renew a Season Ticket for any reason.

If a matchday duplicate Ticket is issued, the Club may require payment of a non-refundable charge which is currently £5.

6.4 If a Season Ticket is damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed, a duplicate Season Ticket shall be issued by the Club as soon as reasonably practicable after the payment of a non-refundable charge which is currently £10.

6.5 If your Season Ticket does not arrive by post following its purchase and prior to the season starting, you will be required to sign a declaration undertaking to immediately return the original Season Ticket to the Club should you receive it subsequently. There will be no charge for the issue of a duplicate Season Ticket in these circumstances.

7.1 While the Club endeavours to inform Season Ticket Holders of changes affecting their tickets promptly, no guarantees can be given by the Club that a Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date and the Club reserves the right to reschedule any Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever. Your Season Ticket will enable you to attend the re-arranged Match.

Terms and conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the Brentford FC "Juicy Drop's Treat Trail" promotion (the "Promotion"). Participants scan QR codes at locations near the Gtech Community Stadium to collect points, and use those points to enter prize draws. Full details are set out below and in the Promotion pages of the Brentford FC app. By taking part, you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for any mobile data or internet costs of taking part.

1. PROMOTER AND SPONSOR

The promoter is Brentford FC Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03642327, whose registered office is at Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, England, TW8 9AG (the "Promoter").

The Promotion is sponsored by Bazooka Candy Brands International Limited, company number 07459738, whose registered office is at 1 Eton Street, 3rd Floor, Richmond, England, TW9 1AG (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor is not a promoter of the Promotion and is not responsible for running it.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion runs on Saturday 31 October 2026. QR codes can be scanned from 11:00 until 15:00 GMT (the "Promotion Period"). Points must be used to enter the Prize Draws by 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2026 (the "Redemption Deadline"). The Prize Draws will take place within seven days after the Redemption Deadline.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to UK residents only. Adults aged 18 or over may take part in their own name. Participants aged 13 to 17 need the permission of a parent or guardian to take part, and a parent or guardian must confirm that permission before any prize is awarded. Children under 13 may take part only with a parent or guardian, who must register, scan the QR codes and enter the Prize Draws using their own account. Any prize won in that case is awarded to the parent or guardian.

The Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter or the Sponsor, anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion, or members of their immediate families or households.

4. HOW TO TAKE PART

Step 1: Download the App. To take part, you need the official Brentford FC mobile app (the "App") and a Brentford FC account. Both are free. When you register, you will be asked for your name, email address and date of birth. You may also be offered the

option to receive marketing. This is optional and does not affect your entry. The Promoter does not send marketing to anyone under 16.

Step 2: Scan the QR codes. During the Promotion Period, QR codes will be placed at six locations near the Gtech Community Stadium (each a "Scan Location"). Four Scan Locations have one QR code. Two Scan Locations have two QR codes: one can be scanned on arrival, and the other only after taking part in the activity at that Scan Location. The activities are a football target game (kicking a ball at the holes in a display) and a Nerf shooting game (shooting at Juicy Drop cut-outs). You do not need to succeed at either activity, only take part. The activities are free. There are eight QR codes in total. Each QR code earns 100 points and can be scanned once per account, so the maximum is 800 points. The App and on-site signage show where the Scan Locations are. Any sweets handed out or won at the Sponsor's stands are given by the Sponsor and are not part of the Promotion.

Step 3: Enter the Prize Draws. Use your points in the App to enter the Prize Draws described in clauses 5 and 6. You may enter more than one Prize Draw, and you may enter the same Prize Draw more than once, as long as you have enough points for each entry. The points needed are deducted from your balance when you enter. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Any points not used by the Redemption Deadline will be cancelled.

5. PRIZE DRAWS

There are four prize draws (each a "Prize Draw"):

The match will be agreed between the winner and the Promoter, subject to availability. The tickets will be sent electronically. They are issued under the Promoter's ticket conditions of issue and Ground Regulations, which apply to the winner and their guest, including the rules on children attending with an adult. If the winner cannot attend any available home Premier League match in the 2026/27 season, the prize will lapse.

(d) Tier 4: signed replica shirt

One winner will receive one Brentford FC replica football shirt (one size), pre-signed by the first team squad.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prizes are as described in these Terms. There is no cash alternative and prizes cannot be transferred. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Physical prizes will be delivered to UK addresses only.

8. DRAWS, WINNERS AND DELIVERY

Each Prize Draw will be made by the Promoter from all valid entries using a computerised random selection process. Winners will be contacted by email within seven days after the Redemption Deadline. They will be asked for a UK delivery address (for physical prizes) and, for a winner aged under 18, confirmation from a parent or guardian together with that parent or guardian's contact details. Winners must reply within 14 days of the email. If a winner does not reply in time, is not eligible or has not complied with these Terms, the Promoter will draw a reserve winner. The Promoter may ask any winner for proof of age, identity or residence. Prizes will be sent within 28 days of the winner providing the details requested.

9. PUBLICITY AND WINNERS

The Promoter will not use a winner's name or image for publicity without the winner's consent or, for a winner under 18, the consent of their parent or guardian. To request the

names and counties of the winners, email [email protected] within 60 days after the Redemption Deadline, with the subject line "Juicy Drop's Treat Trail", saying which Prize Draw you are asking about. Winners' details will be given as first name, initial of surname and county. A winner may object to their details being made available by emailing the same address.

10. PERSONAL DATA

The Promoter is the controller of the personal data collected for the Promotion. It will use that data to run the Promotion, including checking eligibility, running the Prize Draws, contacting winners and sending prizes, and as described in its privacy policy at https://www.brentfordfc.com/en/privacy-policy. Where the Promoter needs the Sponsor's help to send prizes, it will share the relevant winners' names and delivery addresses with the Sponsor for that purpose only. The Promoter will not share participants' details with the Sponsor for marketing.

11. FAIR PLAY

The Promoter may disqualify a participant, and cancel their points, entries or prizes, if it reasonably believes the participant has:

(a) used bots, scripts or other automated means to scan QR codes or enter the Prize Draws;

(b) tampered with the App, the QR codes or any other part of the Promotion;

(c) given false or misleading information;

(d) used more than one account to gain extra points or entries; or

(e) acted in any other way that undermines the fair running of the Promotion.

The Promoter may check scans and entries at any time.

12. CHANGES, TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND CANCELLATION

The Promoter is not responsible for entries or redemptions that fail because of technical problems outside its reasonable control, including problems with mobile networks, devices or the App. The Promoter may move or remove QR codes, change the scanning hours, or suspend, change or cancel the Promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control (including fraud, technical failure or safety concerns) affect its proper running. If the Promotion is cancelled, the Promoter will act fairly towards participants and may award prizes from valid entries received before cancellation.

13. LIABILITY

13.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, the Promoter is not liable for:

  • entries or redemptions that fail for the reasons described in clause 12;

  • any inability to access or use the App or the QR codes for reasons outside its reasonable control;

  • any loss or injury caused by a participant's failure to follow these Terms or reasonable instructions from the Promoter or venue staff;

  • any loss or injury arising from participants travelling to, from or between Scan Locations, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence; or

  • any indirect or consequential loss.

13.3 Subject to clause 13.1, the Promoter's total liability to any participant in connection with the Promotion is limited to the greater of the value of any prize awarded to that participant and £250.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.

15. GENERAL

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms will continue to apply.

If anything in the App or other promotional materials conflicts with these Terms, these Terms apply.

11.2 Except in the circumstances described in clause 11.1 or as otherwise expressly provided for in these terms, Licence Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and, once the Cooling Off Period has expired, the Club is under no obligation to refund the whole or any part of the Licence Fee or any other fee paid by the Premium Seat Holder to the Club where the Premium Seat Holder (and/or associated benefits) is terminated or suspended for any reason (whether by the Premium Seat Holder or by the Club).

11.3 Licence Fees, as the case may be, are non-refundable and non-transferable and once a Licence Agreement is purchased (save where otherwise provided for in these terms) the Club is under no obligation to refund the whole or any part of the Licence Fee or any other fee paid by the Premium Seat Holder to the Club if the Premium Seat Holder decides to cancel their Licence Agreement or if the Licence Agreement is suspended or terminated by the Club in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event that the Premium Seat Holder terminates the Licence Agreement for any reason whatsoever, the Premium Seat Holder is obliged to make the Monthly Payments until the end of the current Season. The Club will use reasonable endeavours to resell the Licence Agreement and, where successful, the Premium Seat Holder will no longer be liable to make the Monthly Payments.

11.4 Without prejudice to the other terms and conditions in this Agreement, the Club shall be entitled to either (i) suspend the operation of this Agreement and the Premium Seat Holder’s Rights and Premium Seat Holder Benefits without refund until further notice; and/or (ii) terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by way of written notice to the Premium Seat Holder in the event that:

11.4.1 the Premium Seat Holder (or any other Ticket Holder) breaches any of these terms and conditions or otherwise misuses the Premium Seat Holder;

11.4.2 the Premium Seat Holder is at any time, or any other Ticket Holder is, at the time they enter the Stadium, subject to a banning order or other order prohibiting them from entering the Stadium or any other sporting venue in the world;

11.4.3 the Premium Seat Holder (or any other Ticket Holder) is found guilty of a criminal offence in connection with their behaviour in the Stadium or any other stadium;

11.4.4 (being a body corporate) there is a change of control of the Premium Seat Holder (within the meaning of section 840 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988), or application for an order is made, or resolution passed, for the winding up of the Premium Seat Holder, application for an administration order is made, a provisional liquidator, receiver, administrative receiver or administrator is appointed, or a voluntary arrangement is proposed, in each case, in respect of the Premium Seat Holder (or over all or any of its assets) or any event analogous to any of the foregoing occurs in respect of the Premium Seat Holder in any jurisdiction;

11.4.5 (being a partnership) the Premium Seat Holder is dissolved or any event analogous to a dissolution occurs in respect of the Premium Seat Holder in any jurisdiction (excluding a dissolution of the Premium Seat Holder (i) if and to the extent that it relates only to the conversion of the Premium Seat Holder to a solvent UK limited liability partnership (the LLP), and (b) the LLP enters into an agreement with the Club with respect to the Seat(s) on identical terms to this Agreement or any event analogous to any of the foregoing occurs in respect of the Premium Seat Holder in any jurisdiction; or

11.4.6 the Premium Seat Holder fails to pay when due the Monthly Payment or any other amount payable by them under this Agreement or any other agreement between the Premium Seat Holder and the Club.

11.5 The Premium Seat Holder shall reimburse the Club against all costs, expenses and losses (including any and all interest, penalties, fines, and all legal and other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by the Club arising as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions by the Premium Seat Holder (or any other Ticket Holder) of any of these terms and conditions.

12. NOTICES

12.1 Any notice required to be served by either party on the other party pursuant to this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered personally or sent by first class pre-paid post. In the case of the Premium Seat Holder to the address specified on the Licence Agreement or such other address as may from time to time be notified by the Premium Seat Holder to the Club in writing (email to suffice) and in the case of the Club or an assignee of the Club at its registered office (or such other address as has been notified by the Club to the Premium Seat Holder in writing). Any such notice shall be deemed properly served in the case of personal delivery on delivery and in the case of posting two Business Days after the date of posting.

13. GENERAL

13.1 This Agreement is between the Premium Seat Holder and the Club. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

13.2 Where the Premium Seat Holder is not a consumer, the parties acknowledge that this Agreement contains the whole agreement between the parties and it supersedes any prior written or oral agreement between them and is not affected by any other promise, representation, warranty, usage, custom or course of dealing. Save where expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, the parties confirm that neither have entered into this Agreement on the basis of any representation that is not expressly incorporated into this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude liability for any fraudulent statement or act made prior to the date of this agreement.

13.3 If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement in that jurisdiction or the validity or enforceability of that or any other provision of this Agreement in any other jurisdiction.

13.4 The Club reserves the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, provided that the amendments shall not result in the Premium Seat Holder receiving any less than the same or substantially similar benefits to those that the Premium Seat Holder was entitled to receive prior to such amendments. Up to date versions of the terms and conditions will be made available promptly on the Club's website and hard copies will be available from the Club upon request.

13.5 The Club and the Premium Seat Holder agree that this Agreement and any Ticket(s) do not grant the Premium Seat Holder exclusive possession of the Designated Area, or any Seat, or create a tenancy.

13.6 Even if the Club delays in enforcing this Agreement against the Premium Seat Holder, the Club will be entitled to enforce it at a later stage. If the Club does not insist immediately that the Premium Seat Holder does anything they are required to do under these terms and conditions, or if the Club delays in taking steps against the Premium Seat Holder in respect of the Premium Seat Holder breaching any of these terms and conditions, that will not mean that the Premium Seat Holder does not have to do those things or that the Club is prevented from taking steps against the Premium Seat Holder at a later date.

13.7 This Agreement is governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement.

2.2 In the event that the Club is not able to offer you the seat indicated on the Home Match Ticket you may occupy such other alternative seat of equal price as the Club may allocate to you at its absolute discretion.

2.3 Nothing in these Conditions or in the Terms & Conditions of Entry shall constitute or imply any entitlement to occupy the seat indicated on the Home Match Ticket at any time, including any subsequent Match in any season.

2.4 Nothing in these Conditions of Issue shall constitute or imply any entitlement to occupy the seat indicated at any subsequent Match or in any subsequent season.

2.5 Except as provided by clause 2.6 below, you may not use any equipment to record or transmit (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material of Match Footage or any information or data in relation to a Match. In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause 3.5, no refund shall be payable.  The Club further reserves its right to take any legal action against any persons as it sees fit in connection with such matters, including a claim for an account of profits made from an unauthorised use of the Home Match Ticket.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the date and kick-off time of matches. A refund will only be issued on production of identification that the individual requesting the refund is the person to whom the Home Match Ticket was originally sold. Benefits are the benefits specified above for each individual type of Membership

Stadium is the Brentford Community Stadium

We (or the Club) is Brentford FC Limited (company number 03642327)

You are a person identified in an application for Membership who becomes a Member when your application is accepted by us.

1. Your details. When you apply for Membership, you give us details such as your contact details about yourself and anyone else for whom you are applying. You are responsible for keeping these details up to date. We will treat your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and all applicable law.

2. We decide who can have Membership. We will tell you whether your Membership application has been successful. The Club can decide in its entire discretion who will be successful in their application to become a Member. If we refuse a Membership application, we will repay the fee (if any) that has been paid for it.

3. We process Membership applications within 14 days. We will tell you if your application is successful within 14 days of receiving it. Membership cards and welcome packs (if applicable) may take longer to be delivered to you.

4. Fees. You must pay the fee for your Membership(s) when you are asked to do so. We may reduce fees for new Memberships during the season. Existing Members won’t be entitled to a refund as a result.

Auto-renewal. When purchasing your membership you are able to opt-out of auto-renewal at checkout. Auto-renewal enables you to automatically renew your membership for the following season without having to go through the checkout process. Prior to payment being taken for the following season you will be contacted with a reminder and payment schedule. Memberships ordinarily are available in June prior to a season starting in August. You can opt-out of auto-renewal at any time after your initial membership purchase within your ticketing account.

5. Membership is personal. The Benefits are for you only. You must not allow anyone else to use your Membership and should not share your username or password details.

6. Membership is for supporters of the Club. If you are not a genuine supporter of Brentford FC, Membership is not for you.

7. Membership is for a football season. Your Membership is for the Club’s 2024/25 season. Membership automatically comes to an end on 31 May 2024 unless we extend it, or it is ended earlier under these Membership Terms. For Memberships that have an age limit – that is, The Swarm, The Bee Team and Babee Memberships – you should purchase the membership that reflects your age as of 1 August 2023.

8. Membership cards. You must tell the Box Office team immediately if your Membership card is lost or destroyed. We may charge you £5 to replace it. The cards are owned by the Club and may not be transferred to anyone else.

9. Fan conduct. The Club sets high standards for itself. And we want all our fans to meet similar standards – we treat all fans as ambassadors for the Club. Membership requires you to abide by our Club’s Diversity & Inclusion Policy, Social Media Policy, Anti-Social Behaviour Policy, Prohibited Items Policy and Ground Regulations, each as outlined on our Policies and Regulations page. If you fail to abide by any of these policies, you will break these Membership Terms and your Membership may be withdrawn and you may not be entitled to a future Membership.

10. Benefits generally. Some Benefits – such as hospitality packages, Stadium tours, matchday mascots, networking and golf days – have separate terms that apply to the Benefit. Benefits lapse when your Membership ends.

11. Ticket availability. Benefits include the opportunity to buy Match Tickets at the same time as other Members – these Benefits differ by Membership. The number of Match Tickets that will be available will vary by match. The Club will use Ticket Access Points (TAPs) to prioritise Match Ticket purchases for some games (both home and away). Home league games will be categorised as either Category A/A* or Category B and different ticket allocation rules will apply for each game (see 12 and 13 below). The list of categories will be announced prior to the start of the season. You should frequently check the Club’s website to know when tickets go on sale for each game, when Members' ticket booking time windows start and end, and any other relevant details for that match. Membership does not guarantee that a Member will be able to buy a ticket, but you – like other Members – will have the opportunity to do so.

12. Tickets for Category A/A* home league games. Half of the available Match Tickets for Category A games will be made available to those Members with the highest Ticket Access Points (TAPs) in the following windows:

Window 1a - Members with 750+ TAPs

Window 1b - Members with 500+ TAPs

Window 2 - The second half of the available Match Tickets for Category A games will go on sale to Members with 40+ TAPs. From this group of Match Tickets, 100 will be held to be sold from the Box Office rather than online and a further 50 Match Tickets will be held for an under 18 Lucky Dip. 50 tickets will be available to enter an U18 Ballot - fans will need to register their interest. The Ballot for our younger Members will be chosen at random by the Club, with 25 under 18 Members chosen (with one parent/guardian Member ticket to accompany each young Member).

*For the Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool games, as part of the Club’s action to try to minimise ticket touts, Window 2 will be set at 100+ TAPs. For these games, the Club will increase the U18 ballot to 100 Match Tickets.

13. Tickets for Category B home league games. Available Match Tickets for Category B home league games will go on sale to all Members on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to availability and also subject to the game not being designated as high risk by the police in which case some additional criteria may be applied). For all Category B home league games, 100 Match Tickets will be held to be sold from the Box Office rather than online. We reserve the right to sell the Box Office tickets online should they not sell out.

14. Tickets purchased on the Ticket Exchange. The Ticket Exchange will be switched on for home league games once all home areas of the Stadium are sold out. At this point, any Match Tickets listed on the Ticket Exchange will be available for purchase by all Members during an exclusive window. All Match Tickets on the Ticket Exchange are sold at Adult prices.

15. Tickets for away league games. For the 2025/26 season, away games will also be identified as either Category A or Category B.

For Category A away games, 95 per cent of the available ticket allocation will be allocated to Season Ticket Holders. We are using a data-led approach for the 2025/26 season when establishing the TAPs required for each window. Each fixture's windows will be handled individually instead of using a fixed TAPs pattern across the season. Having a more flexible approach will result in opening fewer windows, allowing more Season Ticket Holders to purchase sooner. When determining the windows, we will be considering a number of factors, including: capacity of away allocation, demand for the fixture, previous seasons' purchase rate, location/travel, television broadcasting, date/time of the fixture and more. My Bees Members will be asked to register an interest to attend each Category A away game. Those that register will be entered into a ballot and successful Members will then have the opportunity to purchase Category A away Match Tickets from the five percent allocation set aside for My Bees Members. These will be available for purchase during Window 1 above. These tickets are subject to availability. For Category B away games, Match Tickets will go on sale in the following windows:

Window 1 - all Season Ticket Holders. Window 2 - any remaining Match Tickets will be available to all My Bees Members.

16. Cup Match Tickets. Cup matches (both home and away) will be categorised as either Category A, Category B or Category F (Family). Season Ticket Holders will have first priority to purchase their seat for home cup games. Any remaining Match Tickets for home cup games will then be made available for purchase by Members following the same rules outlined above for Category A and Category B home league games. Match Ticket purchase windows and priorities for any Category F cup games will be confirmed by the Club at the time. Tickets for away cup games will be sold on the same basis as for away league games. If your Membership starts after a cup match draw has taken place, we may refuse to allow you to buy tickets for that match at the same time as other Members.

17. Match Ticket terms and conditions. If you buy a Match Ticket, our Match Ticket Terms and Conditions above will apply to you. If you break those Match Ticket Terms and Conditions, you also break these Membership Terms. The Club’s Friends & Family facility allows ticket-purchasing rights to be linked for the purpose of one Member buying Match Tickets on the other’s behalf. This allows adult Members to buy Match Tickets on behalf of younger Members and Members to buy tickets together – providing those Members qualify at that time under the ticket purchase rules set out above.

18. Terminating your Membership. If you – or someone who uses a Match Ticket bought through your Membership – break any of these Membership Terms in a way that we think is serious, or if we suspect that your Membership is being misused to obtain Match Tickets, we may end your Membership immediately. You won’t be entitled to a refund of the fees that have been paid for an ended Membership. All your Benefits will lapse at this point. If a Membership is ended, we may also cancel any Match Tickets bought through the Membership, and refund the price paid for them.

19. Banning from the Club. We may ban from the Club and the Stadium anyone who seriously breaches these Membership Terms or misuses their Membership for means of touting or otherwise.

20. Appeal. We will always act reasonably in making any decision about you and will seek your comments and take into account mitigating circumstances. If your Membership is terminated or you are banned from the Club, you will have an opportunity to appeal the decision – as long as you respond to the decision within four weeks requesting your appeal. The Club will inform you of the appeal process at that time.

21. Events may happen that the Club cannot reasonably control. The Covid-19 pandemic is an example. We will always try to deal with these events in a way that is sensitive to our Membership – but we aren’t responsible for them or their consequences.

22. Changes to the Membership Terms. The Club may change these Membership Terms if it has reason to do so. The changes will be notified to Members through the Club website or by email. If the changes materially devalue Membership, the Club will give a proportionate refund of fees to affected Members.

23. Liability. We are only liable for loss that is a foreseeable and natural result of our breach of these Membership Terms. But we will not be responsible if the loss or breach is caused by something you should have done or should not have done. The Club is not liable for business losses. Memberships are made available only for non-commercial use. We will have no liability to you for any loss of revenue or profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, including where you use a Membership for any commercial or business purpose.

24. Entire agreement. The Membership Terms, together with the relevant Member Benefits, are intended to be the whole of the agreement between you and the Club relating to your Membership.

25. The law that applies. These Membership Terms are governed by English law and are subject to the rules of the FA and the jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Promoter

a) BFC is the promoter of this Prize Draw.

1. This scheme ("Bike to Brentford Rewards" or the "Scheme") rewards fans who cycle to Brentford FC ("We", "Us", "Our", "the Club") home matches at the Gtech Community Stadium during the 2026/27 season and check in using the designated QR codes at the matchday bike check-in points.

2. Participation in the Scheme is entirely voluntary and by taking part, Participants (as defined below) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, and should be read alongside, any separate Bike to Brentford scheme terms, the Club’s General Ticketing Terms and Conditions, and the Club’s Privacy Policy.

4. "Participant" means an individual who has registered for the Scheme, checked in via the designated QR code upon arrival at a qualifying home fixture, and whose check-in has been recorded and verified by the Club.

5. The Scheme is open to fans of any age who arrive at the stadium by bicycle and check in at the designated bike check-in point. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to redeem any reward that involves alcohol, and an appropriate non-alcoholic substitute will be offered where relevant (see clause 12).

6. Employees or agencies of Brentford FC Limited, its group companies, their family members, or anyone else professionally connected with the Scheme may not participate.

7. Only one check-in per Participant per fixture will count towards a Participant’s reward total. Multiple check-ins by the same Participant at the same fixture will not be counted more than once, and the Club reserves the right to disregard any check-in it reasonably believes to be duplicated, fraudulent, or not a genuine cycle journey to the stadium.

8. To take part, fans must register for the Scheme in advance (via the Club app / website — to be confirmed) and, on each qualifying matchday, cycle to the stadium and scan the QR code displayed at the designated bike check-in / rack point before kick-off.

9. Each verified check-in counts as one (1) qualifying match towards a Participant’s cumulative reward total for the 2026/27 season. Reward totals reset at the start of each new season unless the Club states otherwise.

10. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure their check-in has been successfully recorded. The Club’s records of check-ins shall be conclusive in the event of any dispute.

11. Participants unlock the following rewards on a cumulative basis once they reach the relevant number of verified check-ins within the 2026/27 season. Each reward is earned once, the first time the relevant threshold is reached, and thresholds are not repeated within the same season:

  • 3 qualifying matches: 20% off a Food & Beverage (F&B) voucher, redeemable at participating matchday catering outlets.

  • 5 qualifying matches: A standard Bike to Brentford F&B voucher (one free drink and one free food item).

  • 10 qualifying matches: A mention in the matchday programme and the Participant’s name and photo displayed on the big screen at a home fixture, to celebrate their contribution.

  • 12 qualifying matches: The opportunity to take part in a player call hosted with VRTL.

  • 15 qualifying matches: Entry into a prize draw for the chance to win a signed matchday shirt (see clause 11 for prize draw specific terms).

12. Eligible Participants will be notified by email and/or via the Club app once they unlock a reward, with instructions on how to redeem it.

13. F&B vouchers (rewards 1 and 2) must be redeemed at participating matchday catering outlets at the Gtech Community Stadium and are valid until 30 June 2027, after which they will no longer be valid.

14. The programme mention and big screen feature (reward 3) will take place at a home fixture following the Participant reaching the relevant threshold, at a date to be confirmed by the Club. The Club cannot guarantee the specific fixture at which this will occur.

15. The player call with VRTL (reward 4) will be scheduled separately by the Club and/or VRTL, subject to player availability. The format (e.g. group or one-to-one), date, and duration of the call are at the Club’s discretion and are not guaranteed to occur before the end of the season in which they are unlocked, though the Club will use reasonable endeavours to schedule it within a reasonable time.

16. Vouchers and rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward, except at the Club’s discretion.

17. The Club may substitute any reward with an alternative of similar value if the original is not available.

18. Reaching 15 qualifying matches in a season earns the Participant one (1) entry into a prize draw for the chance to win a signed matchday shirt (the "Prize"). One shirt will be available per prize draw, to be confirmed by the Club at the relevant time. The winner will be selected by an electronic random selection method from among all eligible entrants, conducted by the Club within a reasonable time after the relevant draw closes.

19. The winner will be notified by email or via the Club app and must respond within 14 days to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Prize will be forfeited and the Club may select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entrants.

20. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

21. The Club reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any Participant, or withhold or reclaim a reward, where there are reasonable grounds to believe the Scheme has been misused, that a check-in does not reflect a genuine cycle journey to the stadium, or that a Participant has acted fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

22. The Club’s decision on all matters relating to eligibility, verification, and the awarding of rewards is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. Participants who reach the 10-match threshold will have their name and photo displayed on the big screen and may be mentioned in the matchday programme as described in clause 4. By participating in the Scheme and reaching this threshold, Participants consent to the use of their name, photo, and image by the Club for this purpose, but may opt out if they wish by emailing [email protected].

24. Winners of the player call (12 matches) or the signed shirt prize draw (15 matches) may separately be asked whether they wish to take part in further publicity activities (for example, photography or social media content). Participation in any such further publicity is entirely voluntary, and declining will not affect a Participant’s entitlement to their reward. Where a Participant consents to further publicity, they consent to the use by the Club and its related companies, for an unlimited time, of their voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes in any medium, including still photographs, film, the internet, and marketing material, without additional compensation. Participants may opt out of further publicity at any time by contacting the Club.

25. Where a Participant is under the age of 18, the consent of a parent or guardian will be sought before any photo or name is used under this clause.

26. The Club will use and take care of any personal information collected through the Scheme (including QR code check-in data) in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. By participating in the Scheme, Participants agree to the collection, retention, use, and (where relevant to redemption, e.g. with VRTL for the player call) limited sharing of their personal information for the purposes of operating the Scheme and delivering rewards.

27. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Club’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

28. Subject to the foregoing, the Club shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury arising from or in connection with participation in the Scheme, travel to or from a fixture, or the acceptance, use, or redemption of any reward.

29. The Club is not responsible for any third-party platform or partner used to deliver a reward (including VRTL), or for the availability of any player or third-party service.

30. The Club reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Scheme (including reward tiers or thresholds) with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

31. Where a reward includes an alcoholic drink, this will only be issued to Participants who are aged 18 or over and can provide valid proof of age where requested. A non-alcoholic alternative will be offered to Participants under the age of 18.

32. This Scheme will be governed by English law and Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

33. Promoter: Brentford FC Limited, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, England, TW8 9AG, Company number 03642327

Brentford Football Club (“BFC”), using The Predictor, gives you the chance to compete with other fans – and possibly even win prizes – for correctly predicting events that occur during Brentford FC’s first team matches in the Premier league during the current football season (a Match).

The Basics

1. These Terms & Conditions govern The Predictor. Read them carefully: by entering the competition, you are agreeing to them.

2. To participate in The Predictor, you just need to register a Bees Account with The Predictor (no payment of any kind is required) and start making your predictions for certain events that occur during a match – we call these events metrics.

3. Each metric has a set weighting, which gives a relative value for getting the metric right.

4. We may add metrics with weightings from time to time – you can find the current metrics and weightings here:

Question 1: 20 for the correct prediction

Question 2: 50 points for the correct prediction

Question 3: 20 points available (10 points for correct home score. 10 points for correct away score. 20 points for correct results)

Question 4: 20 points for the correct prediction

Question 5: 20 points for the correct prediction

Question 6: 20 points for the correct prediction

Question 7: 30 points for the correct prediction

5. Entries must be input and submitted through your Bees Account by kick off of the relevant Match. Entries can be amended at any point up until this time.

6. The results for each metric are determined by an industry standard sports analytics company, Stats Perform – not by us. We gather the results for each Match when they are reported to us.

7. At the end of each calendar month, we aggregate performance of each participant for the Matches in that month, and determine how you and each other participant has performed.

8. You can check on the Brentford Predictor leaderboard whether your username (see below) is amongst the best performers during the last match, month and season.

9. We award a monthly prize to the best performer in that month, and a grand prize for the top three performers during the season.

10. Any notice we send you will go to the email address you have registered your Bees Account in, including any that relates to a prize you may have won.

Your Profile

11. When registering a Bees Account your first name and surname initial. This is the name that will appear in our leaderboard if you give us your consent to do so during the registration process.
