Sam Saunders' side will look to continue their strong form in the competition, following a 4-2 win over Derby in their last PL Cup game. Joseph Wheeler-Henry netted a brace with Isaac Holland and Jai Nwosu also getting on the scoresheet.
The young Bees currently sit top and unbeaten in Group J, having won twice and drawn once in their opening three games.
Last time out
The west Londoners got a last-gasp win away at Bournemouth in the Premier League 2 on Monday night.
The Bees claimed a thrilling 4-3 win against the Cherries; Wheeler-Henry and Riley Owen both scored in the first half as the sides went into the break level at 2-2.
Holland then continued his fine form to get a third for Brentford with an audacious chip after latching on to Nwosu's pass.
Wheeler-Henry's stoppage-time cross found the back of the net to snatch the three points at the death with what was the full-back's fourth goal in three games.
