Option (a) pay in full  

• Season tickets can be purchased in one payment online, by phone and in person. If you're renewing your season ticket online, don't forget to log in to your ticketing account first.   

• Please note you can also use your ticketing credit when paying in full online.   

Option (b) direct debit 

• You can set up a direct debit to spread the cost over twelve payments.  

• Payments will be taken on or around the first day of each month. 

• The first payment will be taken on 3 June 2024 followed by a further eleven monthly payments through until May 2025. 

• Our direct debit option does not attract interest.  

• In the event that the Club is unable to collect an instalment from your bank account, you may be charged a sum of £10.00 for each and every failed direct debit payment. You will not be able to use your Season Ticket and access will not be permitted to any matches until your account is brought up to date. Full terms and conditions can be found here.

• If you have any questions about direct debits that aren’t answered in these FAQs, please contact our team via email [email protected] or via phone 0333 005 8521, choosing Option 1 for Box Office and then Option 2 for Season Ticket renewals. 

• No, but you will be given an option to join an auto-renewal scheme, provided you pay the full amount via either direct debit or card payment. The auto-renewal option is not available if you combine customer credit with one of these payment methods. 

• If you pay in full by direct debit and choose the auto-renewal option, your season ticket will be automatically renewed for the 2025/26 season, provided you have achieved the required season ticket usage criteria according to the every seat counts policy.

• Any auto-renewed direct debit season ticket will receive an email to confirm renewal, and can expect their first instalment of the 2025/26 season to be on or around 1 June 2025.

• Yes. This is easy to do online by simply selecting the option to use your ticket credit.  

• You can pay in full using ticket credit if you have enough credit in your account.

• You can pay in part using ticket credit, regardless of whether you choose to pay the remainder via direct debit, or card payment.

• If you don’t use your ticket credit for your season ticket renewal, your balance will be carried forward and can be used for other ticketing purchases in the future, including for away and cup games.

• If you choose to opt-in to auto-renewing for a 2025/26 season ticket, you will not be able to pay using your ticket credit balance. The auto-renewal option is only available for payments made in full using either Debit/ Credit Card or Direct Debit.

• Yes. There will be an option under account management in your online ticketing account, where you can change your auto-renewal status.

• Auto-renewal will only be applied to fans who have achieved the required Season Ticket usage thresholds.

• If you have not reached the required criteria, your season ticket will not be auto-renewed.

• If you choose to pay by direct debit, subject to your season ticket eligibility status, your 12-month direct debit will automatically start again on or around 1st June 2025. 

• If you choose to pay in full by credit/debit card, subject to your season ticket eligibility status, you will be given at least two weeks' notice from the club with price and date of auto payment confirmed. The lead booker will need to make sure they have a valid card associated to their account for payment to be taken.

• No, the pricing structure will be the same regardless of what division the club are in.
