A young Brentford team are in the hunt for trophies in Eastern Europe this afternoon.
Brentford’s Category Two Academy have sent an Under-15 team to a tournament in Lithuania this weekend.
The Bees are taking part in the Sportfan competition this weekend against teams from Eastern and Northern Europe.
And they have reached the last four.
In six group games, the young Brentford team have picked up four wins and two draws.
They topped their seven-team group and will play in the Semi-Finals this afternoon.
The final will also be played today, before Brentford fly back to London this evening.
Ose Aibangee, Brentford FC Academy Director, said: “We have been in Kaunas since Thursday and played the group games on Friday and Saturday.
“We have done well so far and hope we can bring home the trophy.”
