Buzz Bee will have a new female companion for the start of the 2012/13 season.
When Buzz went off on his holidays at the end of last season, the Club began a search for someone to keep him company in the future.
The move was part of a new drive to promote Brentford as a great place for a family day out, which will include revamping the Club's Family Area - in The Bill Axbey Stand.
There were dozens of great ideas from our younger supporters for a new mascot and Buzz decided he wanted to amalgamate two of those.
Rachel Cook, aged ten, produced the design of a new female mascot and Liam Cully, aged five, came up with the name Buzzette, which was chosen as the winning name.
So, Buzzette will arrive at Griffin Park in time for the first Saturday game of the season - against Crewe Alexandra on August 25 - to join Buzz in meeting fans all around the ground and in the Family Area.
Both have won the chance to lead the Brentford team out as a mascot at a forthcoming home game and will receive details of the prize from Buzz shortly.
