Stuart Dallas has sent another update from the Northern Ireland international squad.
The Brentford winger has been compiling a video diary while he is on international duty.
He sent his latest update after Northern Ireland's 1-1 draw with Qatar in a friendly on Sunday, 31 May.
Stuart scored his first international goal in the match, firing home a knock down from Brentford team mate Will Grigg.
The wide man now has four Northern Ireland caps to his credit.
