On the day that we announced Marinus Dijkhuizen as our new Head Coach and we have passed our Seat Hold Deadline, we’re pleased to confirm that we’ve now surpassed 5,000 Season Tickets for The Bees next campaign. Last season’s record of 5,468 isn’t far away.
Renewals have been strong. More than 80 per cent of our 2014/15 Season Ticket Holders have renewed their seats and we’re likely to see this grow further when we go on sale with released seats at 10am tomorrow morning, Tuesday 2 June. The number of adults confirmed for next season is up by 50 per cent at this time of year and most notably, 29 per cent more Juniors have joined us as 2015/16 Season Ticket Holders.
We’ve got a good number of fans securing their own seat for the first time and we’re also seeing a number of previous Season Ticket Holders returning.
Mark Devlin, Brentford FC Chief Executive, said: “To sell 5,000 Season Tickets in four weeks is fantastic news for the Club.
“I would like to thank all those fans that have already got on board for next season.
“It has also been a great effort by the staff here, particularly in the Ticket Office, to ensure the sales process has been smooth for our supporters.
“There is still time for fans to secure their spot for 2015/16, which is set to be another memorable season.
“With a new football management team now in place, everyone here is hoping to again challenge near the top of the Sky Bet Championship.
“Seats have now been released for existing Season Ticket Holders that want to move and will be available for everyone on Thursday.
“We’re hoping to break last season’s total, which was a record, and regularly fill Griffin Park.
“Having a Season Ticket is the best way to ensure you see all the action in 2015/16 so buy now to ensure you don’t miss out.”
There’s still 16 days until the Early Bird deadline but with demand this strong we’d encourage fans to secure their seats as soon as possible. Prices start from £369 Adults, £219 Young Persons and £90 Juniors. Early Bird prices end at 4pm, Wednesday 17 June.
