Brentford FC picked up two prizes at the Football League Awards.
Brentford were named on a five-club shortlist for the prestigious community prize.
The nominees were five clubs named best in their region.
Brentford was named as the Community Club of the Year in the South East region.
Other regional winners were Portsmouth (South West), Derby County (Midlands), Doncaster Rovers (North East) and Morecambe (North West).
In deciding on a winner, judges considered the objectives of the scheme, breadth of delivery, innovation, impact and achievements in 2013, alongside each scheme's flagship project.
They named Brentford as the overall winner.
Lee Doyle, who collected the award, said: “It’s an honour for the community team but I am accepting this on behalf of the Football Club.
"It is an honour for the Club and all the people that work within it.
“There is lots of cross-over, whether they are employed or volunteers or fans and we are very proud for what our club stands for.
“From the point of view of the Trust we invest in our own staff and our own people but we invest in the people that take part within our programmes and I think that is the secret – it is all about people.”
The Football League produced a series of YouTube videos on the evening.
