Will Grigg was not involved as MK Dons exited the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on Tuesday night against arch-rivals AFC Wimbledon.
The 23-year-old joined up with the Northern Ireland squad earlier this week for their Euro 2016 Qualifiers against the Faroe Islands and Greece.
As such he missed The Dons 3-2 defeat to AFC Wimbledon at Stadium:MK on Tuesday evening.
Goals from Daniel Powell and Benik Afobe had The Dons in front twice but Ade Azeez, Sean Rigg and Adebayo Akinfenwa scored to give AFC their first win over MK.
Alfie Mawson was also not involved as Wycombe Wanderers had no midweek game but the defender will hope to be back in action for The Chairboys on Saturday as they travel to Morecambe.
