Jake Bidwell will remain at Brentford for another month after a further extension of his Youth Loan from Everton was agreed.
The 19-year-old joined The Bees from the Premier League side at the end of August and has been a regular in Uwe Rösler’s side.
He has agreed to stay at Griffin Park for another month with a view to extending the deal further.
The Youth Loan will now run until March 5.
Jake spent six months at Griffin Park on loan from The Toffees last season.
He played 25 games for The Bees during 2011/12, both at left back and on the left side of midfield, missing only three games after making his debut in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tie against Barnet in December 2011.
Jake has played 32 games for The Bees so far this season and has featured in every npower League One game since he arrived, starting the last 25.
His appearance in the npower League One game against Yeovil Town on Saturday was his 50th Football League appearance for The Bees.
