Tomorrow sees the first Griffin Park encounter between Brentford and AFC Bournemouth in the second tier.
Since 1923, the two sides have played each other regularly in the lower reaches of the Football League, and Saturday’s Championship fixture is the 111th competitive First Team match.

He had joined Brentford from Leeds United two months earlier on a free transfer but had struggled to break into the First Team.
Brentford took an early lead through Sam Saunders in the fifth minute when the visiting defence failed to clear their lines at a corner.
Goalkeeper Shwan Jalal did not stop the effort from Saunders and he was at fault for Brentford’s second – Grella rising to ball first to nod home Saunders corner.
The tie was effectively over three minutes into the second half.
Saunders fed Toumani Diagouraga and he picked out Grella with a sublime pass.
The American poked the ball under Jalal to give Brentford a three goal lead.
Right back Shaleum Logan added the fourth goal with a deflected shot off Adam Barrett.
Grella completed his hat-trick with another header and in the dying seconds scored a fourth from a Niall McGinn cross.
He almost scored his fifth of the night in stoppage time with a lob that beat Jalal all ends up but cannoned away off the post to safety.
Brentford played Barnet in the next round and were knocked out on penalties at Underhill.
A few weeks later Mike Grella was released in the next transfer window and subsequently signed for Bury.
Co-incidentally, he this week signed for New York Red Bulls, where his potential striker partner will be former loanee Bradley Wright-Phillips.
