Brentford head coach Keith Andrews has made three changes to the starting XI for this afternoon’s Premier League game against Liverpool at Gtech Community Stadium (3pm kick-off BST).
The Bees are unbeaten this season, while Andoni Iraola’s side will be looking to bounce back from a 3-0 defeat to Manchester City at Anfield last weekend.
Sepp van den Berg will make his first appearance of the season having recovered from a groin injury.
He replaces Jannik Schuster, who was withdrawn at half-time of Brentford’s 2-2 draw at Aston Villa with an ankle issue, at centre-back.
Elsewhere, Mathias Jensen and Dango Ouattara return to the starting XI, having both been utilised as substitutes at Villa Park.
The duo replace El Hadji Malick Diouf and Kevin Schade in the side, with the latter having also came off through an injury (shoulder) last weekend.
Club captain Nathan Collins is back in a matchday squad for the first time since sustaining a calf injury against Sunderland in early September, while Mikkel Damsgaard joins him on the bench.
Brentford (4-3-3): Kelleher; Kayode, Ajer, van den Berg, Lewis-Potter; Janelt, Yarmoliuk, Jensen; Ouattara, Thiago, Anthony
Subs: Valdimarsson, Collins, Diouf, Hickey, Sangaré, Carvalho, Damsgaard, Schade, Wilson
