Brentford's Development Squad visit Ipswich Town this lunchtime after suffering their first defeat in eight matches last Monday at home to Sheffield United. Monday's match will be played at Ipswich Town's Playford Road Training Ground, kick-off 1pm.
The Bees lost 3-2 last week to Sheffield United to end a run of five straight wins in the Under-21 Professional Development League Two South. The loss, a first in seven matches, leaves Kevin O'Connor's side fourth in the South table with 18 points from ten matches. A win over The Tractor Boys in East Anglia would move The Bees to within a point of leaders Millwall.
Ipswich are ninth in the league table with 11 points from their 11 matches after a run of just one win in eight. The two sides shared the points last season, with The Tractor Boys winning 3-2 at home in December while The Bees were 1-0 victors at Jersey Road in February.
