Brentford’s away npower League One match against Crewe Alexandra has been rearranged again and will now take place on Wednesday April 10.
The Bees were due to travel to Cheshire on Saturday February 16 but the match was postponed due to Brentford’s FA Cup with Budweiser Fourth Round Replay against Chelsea, which was played last Sunday, February 17.
Uwe Rösler’s side were then scheduled to travel to The Alexandra Stadium, better known to many as Gresty Road, on April 9 but that date is now not suitable.
Crewe reached the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final last night after completing a 3-2 aggregate win against Coventry City.
The Final will be played on Sunday April 7 so Brentford’s trip to Cheshire was moved to Tuesday April 16.
However, the Football League have requested Brentford’s match at The Alexandra Stadium be played on Wednesday April 10.
The Clubs have confirmed the fixture will now be on April 10 and kick off at 7.45pm.
