Brentford's Youth Team will travel to Huddersfield on Monday April 27th for their Under-18 Professional Development League Two Play-Off.
The match will be played at The Terriers' John Smiths' Stadium, kick off 2pm, admission will be £4 adults and £2 concessions.
Jon De Souza's side qualified for the end of season Play-Off for the first time in the competition's three year existence after an 11 game unbeaten run.
The Bees led the Under-18 Professional Development League Two South for much of the season but were overhauled by Charlton Athletic on the final day of the season.
Brentford picked up a club record 54 points this campaign, losing only five of their 27 league matches.
After finishing as runners-up Brentford now travel to the Under-18 PDL Two North Champions Huddersfield Town for this weekend's semi-final.
The Terriers also left it late to secure top spot as a 3-2 win over Crewe Alexandra on Saturday saw them leapfrog Nottingham Forest and into top spot.
Town have won their last four league matches, scoring 10 goals in the process, and have won six of their last seven home matches.
The other semi-final sees Charlton Athletic host Nottingham Forest at The Valley.
The winners of the two semi-finals will then meet each other over the May Bank Holiday weekend to decide the Under-18 PDL Two National Champions.
