Brentford’s Women slipped to a disappointing derby defeat this weekend.
The Bees were beaten 7-1 by Queens Park Rangers Development in their latest London and South East Regional Women's Football League London Division match on Sunday, October 26.
After an even opening 25 minutes QPR scored three quick goals to take a lead they never looked likely to relinquish.
Ashley Cheatley pulled a goal back for The Bees and they continued to press.
But as they attacked QPR hit on the break and made it 5-1 by half time.
The Bees did not let their heads drop and continued to press forward but QPR scored a penalty and then struck again late on to make it 7-1.
The Bees are now sixth in the table.
