Brentford's win over Wolverhampton Wanderers has earned them another award.
The Bees beat Wolves 4-0 at Griffin Park last Saturday, November 29, their fifth Sky Bet Championship win in a row.
It earned them the League Managers' Association Performance of the Week award.
Sky Sports were at Brentford's Training Ground yesterday, Friday December 5, to present the award to the squad.
The five-man Performance of the Week panel, comprising LMA Chairman Howard Wilkinson, Sir Alex Ferguson, Joe Royle, Dave Bassett and Barry Fry, were in agreement that this week the newly sponsored and longstanding LG Performance of the Week Award should go to Brentford following their 4-0 victory.
The experienced and highly distinguished panel has managed a combined total of over 6,000 competitive matches in professional football.
Brentford Manager Mark Warburton received a new specially commissioned trophy made by world renowned silversmiths and LMA Partner, Thomas Lyte of London, in a presentation to commemorate the award and subsequently handed it on to his squad, to recognise the group effort.
Brentford won the award after a dominating display to win their fifth game on the trot which lifted the club to third in the table, just one point behind leaders Derby County.
It followed Warburton winning the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month award for November, and Andre Gray taking the Player of the Month prize.
