As part of their ongoing efforts to keep people fit and healthy at home, Brentford FC Community Sports Trust has launched boxing sessions. They will start this evening, Wednesday 10 March, and it is hoped more will follow. There are two different sessions for teenagers to stay fit and learn new skills.

The first session will be for girls only and will run from 4pm until 4.45pm. There will then be a session for girls and boys from 4.50pm until 5.35pm. Anyone aged 13 to 17-years-old can take part. Find out more information below.

The sessions form part of the Trust's reponse to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic with residents asked to stay at home. During the lengthy period of restriction in the spring and early summer, the Trust ran #BeeatHome and #BeeWell campaigns to keep everyone healthy and engaged. Keep an eye on Trust and Club channels for more activities to keep active at home.
