This season we’ve made some improvements to the way we manage access for the most in-demand matches. Previously known as Loyalty Points, fans will now collect Ticket Access Points. Fans will no longer accumulate points to improve their chances of gaining better match ticket access by purchasing anything other than Tickets (such as food and beverage, merchandise). However, our new Loyalty Rewards programme will recognise these purchases.

Season Ticket Holders and Club Members points will rollover from the 2014/15 season. As was the case previously, all fans will collect Ticket Access Points for every match attended – these points will be confirmed when individual matches go on sale. Season Ticket Holders will now only gain these match specific Ticket Access Points for home games by attending that match.

Points for home games are as follows: A Grade – 5 points B Grade – 10 points F Grade – 15 points

Away matches will be allocated based on the distance from Griffin Park to the opposition’s home ground.
