Here’s everything you need to know about ticket access and how to buy ahead of the new season.
Home match tickets - price freezes on all Cat A and Cat B games
Match ticket prices are frozen for all Category A and Category B (including friends and family fixtures) home games.
Tickets for Category A* home games – Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United – will increase by £5 for adults, young persons and seniors, but junior prices remain frozen.
Tickets in The Dugout will increase by £5 for Category A games and £10 for Category A* games across all price classes.
Price uplifts were agreed after consultation with the club’s Fan Advisory Board and our fan ticketing working group. Brentford remains one of the most affordable stadiums to watch Premier League football, particularly for families and juniors.

Membership prices frozen again
We have frozen membership prices for a fourth consecutive season, reiterating our commitment to affordable football.
Membership prices remain at:
Adult - £45
Young person (18-24 years old) - £30
Bees Overseas - £30
The Swarm (11-17 years old) - £20
Bee Team (3-10 years old) - £20
Babees (0-2 years old) - £10
If you were a member last season and want to renew, you can claim your £5 renewal discount until 30 August 2026 (excludes Bees Overseas members).

TAPs requirements for home games - 30+ TAPs required for Cat A
The minimum TAPs requirement for Category A fixtures will now be 30+ TAPs to help as many members as possible access tickets to home games. No changes will be applied to other categories.
TAPs requirements for home games are:
Category A* - minimum 100+ TAPs
Category A - minimum 30+ TAPs
Category B - all members
Friends and family access - all members, two tickets per account
Access to a sales window does not guarantee a ticket. An allocation of seats in the family area is held back for every game for our under-18 ballot.
Home fixture ticket sales - order of priority access
This table outlines the order that fans get access to the allocation of home tickets reserved for members.
Season ticket and premium seat holders may also have the opportunity to buy up to two extra tickets for Category B fixtures on the ticket exchange 48-72 hours kick-off, subject to availability.

Ticket Exchange
Fans have another opportunity to purchase tickets for home matches that have been listed on the ticket exchange by season ticket holders. This includes seats in our premium areas.
Members can purchase one ticket per fixture if they haven’t already bought a ticket during the original sale and have the minimum TAPs required.
Season ticket and premium seat holders may also have the opportunity to buy up to two extra tickets for Category B fixtures on the ticket exchange 48-72 hours kick-off, subject to availability.

Match categories for away games
Brentford’s match categories for away games are:
Category A
High-demand away games that require dedicated sales windows to ensure that high TAPs-holding fans are rewarded with priority access
95 per cent of tickets are first-reserved for season ticket and premium seat holders, with the remaining 5 per cent allocated to a ballot for members
Sales windows open incrementally in order of high to low TAPs
Any remaining tickets then go on sale to all members
Category B
Window 1 – all season ticket and premium seat holders
Window 2 – remaining tickets go on sale to all members
New for 2026/27 – Friends & Family Access
Reserved for away games that we expect to have more availability
Season ticket holders, premium seat holders and members can buy two or more tickets per account, and this number can be adjusted for away games with high availability

Cup games
Brentford match categories for FA Cup and Carabao Cup games are:
Category A*
Category A
Category B
Category F (Family)
Season ticket holders and premium seat holders will be given the first opportunity to purchase their own seat.
Any remaining tickets will then go on sale to all members, following the process for that match category outlined above.
For selected Category F cup games with greater availability, fans can purchase multiple tickets on one account. Category F games and information on purchasing windows will be confirmed at the time of each match announcement.
Bees Overseas – ticket ballots open soon
Bees Overseas members can enter exclusive ballots for home Premier League fixtures and are eligible to purchase tickets on the ticket exchange, subject to any TAPs requirements.
Ballots for every Brentford home Premier League game will soon open to Bees Overseas members. Enter a ballot if you’re planning a trip to the Gtech in advance, if you’re booking for a group, or if you can be flexible if matchday moves to another time across the weekend.
Alternatively, use the ticket exchange if you miss out on the ballot, if you can get to the Gtech without planning months in advance, or if you’re in town and want to go to a game at short notice.

Digital ticketing and five-year rolling TAPs
Following the successful introduction at the start of this season, digital ticketing will continue as standard for all Brentford home games. More information can be found on our digital ticketing hub.
Physical tickets remain available on request for fans who qualify for an exemption due to exceptional circumstances.
Our five-year rolling TAPs system also continues to ensure that recent, consistent attendance is rewarded.
