Bees Overseas membership gives you access to every home fixture at Gtech Community Stadium. This hub explains how to enter ballots, use the ticket exchange, and plan your visit with confidence.

To access Premier League tickets, all fans must hold a valid membership for the 26.27 Season.

Bees Overseas Membership

The Bees Overseas membership provides access to ticketing opportunities for both home and away fixtures through the ticket exchange and designated Bees Overseas only ballots.

On the membership sales page of our ticketing website, you’ll see several listings for Bees Overseas memberships. While they may appear different, these are all the same membership, with the same benefits, each is just categorised by age to ensure the correct ticket pricing is applied. Please purchase the correct membership for your age category.

For each home Premier League fixture, 100 tickets are available exclusively through the Bees Overseas ballot. Bees Overseas members can apply for as many ballots as they wish but should only enter matches they intend to attend.

When to enter the ballot: If you’re planning a trip to the Gtech in advance, if you’re booking for a group, or if you can be flexible if matchday moves to another time across the weekend.

How to apply for the ballot:

  • Ensure your payment card details are up to date in your ticketing account (you will only be charged if successful).

  • Visit the Ballots page on Ticketmaster and select the fixture(s) you wish to attend.

  • Enter individually or as a group through your Friends & Family network. Every supporter included in the application must hold a valid Bees Overseas membership.

  • Once entered, you'll receive an email confirming your application.

  • Approximately 4–6 weeks before the fixture, the match date and kick-off time are confirmed following broadcast selections.*

  • The ballot closes 72 hours after fixture confirmation.

  • Successful applicants are selected at random and tickets are automatically allocated.

  • Payment is processed automatically for all tickets in the application.

  • Successful applicants receive a confirmation email.

*Approximate timeline, shorter notice may be required towards the end of the season.

Important information:

  • You will only be charged if your ballot application is successful.

  • If you can no longer attend a fixture, please withdraw your ballot application before the ballot closes to avoid being charged.

  • Only successful applicants will receive a confirmation email following the draw.

  • If payment fails, your ticket(s) will be reserved in your account and you will be notified by email to complete payment manually.

  • If tickets are returned by successful applicants, they may be reallocated to unsuccessful applicants.

  • Tickets must be collected from the Brentford FC Box Office on matchday. Valid photo ID will be required. Digital tickets are not provided for Bees Overseas ballot tickets.

Ticket access: Ticket Exchange

The Ticket Exchange is a resale platform where Season Ticket Holders can list tickets they are unable to use. Availability is generally lower for Category A* and Category A fixtures, with the majority of tickets becoming available closer to matchday.

If you have the right number of Ticket Access Points (TAPs)*, your memberships allows you to purchase tickets for any match on our resale platform.

When to use the ticket exchange: If you miss out on the ballot, if you can get to the Gtech without needing to plan months in advance, or if you’re in town and want to go to a game at short notice.

*TAPs required for Category A* (100+) and Category A (30+). TAPs not required for Category B games. All are subject to change based on security operations and fixture times.

Away Fixtures

Take your support on the road this season!

Bees Overseas members are eligible to purchase tickets for Category B away fixtures, subject to availability.

For Category A away fixtures, Bees Overseas members may purchase tickets if sales progress to all members. Details for these fixtures will be communicated separately.

Fans eligible to purchase away tickets will be contacted via email with details of their sales window.

Please note that away tickets must be collected from Brentford FC's Box Office ahead of the match. Ticket purchasers will be notified when tickets are available for collection.

Our Premium Seats are the finest way to enjoy your matchday at Brentford Football Club. It's the ideal place to host family, friends or business associates, with a welcoming service in a relaxed environment.

Bees Overseas members can also access premium seats and hospitality packages on a match-by-match basis through the Premium Seat Ticket Exchange, subject to availability throughout the season.
