Travel

Trains

Trains from London to Birmingham run frequently on matchday. You can travel from Euston to Birmingham New Street, or from Marylebone to Birmingham Moor Street, with both journeys taking around two hours.

The last train back to London after the match leaves Birmingham New Street at 11.11pm and arrives at Euston at 1.17am. There are no trains from Birmingham to London Marylebone after full-time.

Local travel to the ground

Both Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Moor Street stations are 20 minutes’ walk from St. Andrew’s.

Buses from the city centre that stop at the ground include services 17, 97 and 60. We recommend using the Citymapper app to help navigate public transport in the city.

Driving and parking

Driving from London to Birmingham will take around two and a half hours. Exit the M40 onto the M42 towards Solihull and follow directions to the ground. Road closures are in effect on Coventry Road and Cattell Road, adjacent to the south side of the stadium. See Birmingham City’s guide for visiting fans for a map of road closures and timings.

There is no on-site parking at St. Andrew’s, but there is street parking in the nearby area. Alternatively, use this map to find paid parking sites within a short walk of the ground.

Ticketing information – digital tickets are in use for this fixture

Tickets for this fixture will be distributed digitally. You will receive your ticket(s) by email ahead of the match. Please follow the instructions in the email to get your ticket ready on your phone.

For those who have requested a physical ticket or have sent a duplicate ticket request, the away ticket office is located under the Kop stand.

Any duplicate ticket requests must be sent to Birmingham City by the Brentford Box Office. Please contact Brentford's Box Office with any enquiries ahead of matchday.

If you’re collecting your ticket at St. Andrew’s, please remember to bring ID.

Please also observe and respect the family-friendly seating. Anyone who holds a ticket in this area is reminded that they should be seated for the duration of the match.

Accessibility

Supporters who require accessible parking must request a space in advance of matchday by contacting [email protected]. These parking spaces are in the Coventry Road car park and are only open up until 90 minutes before kick-off.

Commentary headsets and access for assistance dogs are available only by request. Please contact [email protected] in advance of matchday.

For any assistance at the ground, you can request to speak to a dedicated Accessibility Liaison Officer. Just speak to any steward in the stadium, and they will send a member of the team to assist.

Your matchday at St. Andrew’s

The Cricketers Arms (B9 5AX) welcomes away fans and will be a place to meet Bees fans before kick-off.

The away section is in the Gil Merrick Stand, accessible by Entrance 8 and 9A in the south-west corner of the stadium.

Hot and cold food and drinks, including alcohol, will be on sale in the concourse.

Licensed standing is permitted only in Gil Merrick Lower 1 and Gil Merrick Lower 2. Supporters in these designated areas may stand throughout the match. Persistent standing from fans not in these areas may lead to ejection from the stadium.

Bags smaller than size A4 will be permitted in the stadium. There is no bag storage facility for larger bags.
