Lasse Vibe has been called up to Åge Hareide's Denmark squad for next month's Kirin Cup in Japan. After a training camp in Denmark later this month, Lasse and his teammates will begin their competition with a match against Bosnia and Herzegovina on Friday 3 June in Aichi before facing either Japan or Bulgaria in Osaka on Tuesday 7 June in the Final or Third/Fourth Play-Off.

Striker Lasse is one of three English based players in the 23 man squad alongside Leicester City's Kasper Schmeichel and Tottenham Hotspur's Christian Eriksen. Lasse has earned ten caps for his nation so far, scoring his only international goal in a 1-1 European Championship qualifying draw with Albania in October 2014.

The 29-year-old enjoyed a great end to the season in West London scoring seven goals in his final seven games to draw level with Alan Judge as The Bees top scorer this season with 14 goals.
