The draw for round two of the Carabao Cup will take place on the evening of Monday 10 August, live on Sky Sports Football.

Brentford will learn of their opponents at approximately 7.20pm BST, prior to the televised Devon derby between Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City.

As per previous seasons, the unseeded draw is split into northern and southern sections.

The Bees, who reached the quarter-finals of the competition in the previous two campaigns, enter at this stage alongside the 10 other Premier League clubs who are not competing in Europe this term.

Ball numbers for the draw will be confirmed on Monday.
