Two of Brentford's Premier League games at the start of 2026 have been rearranged and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

Both the home game against Nottingham Forest and the away trip to Aston Villa have been moved from Saturday to Sunday, due to their involvement in the Europa League the preceding Thursday.

The Forest game, which was initially scheduled for Saturday 24 January (3pm kick-off GMT), has been moved to Sunday 25 January (2pm kick-off GMT).

Keith Andrews' side were beaten by Nuno Espírito Santo's Forest on the opening day of the season at the City Ground, with Igor Thiago netting his first Premier League goal in that fixture.

The Aston Villa fixture was going to be played on Saturday 31 January (3pm kick-off GMT), but the Bees will now travel to the Midlands on Sunday 1 February for a 2pm kick-off.

Brentford have already played Villa twice this season, winning both games at Gtech Community Stadium. The west Londoners secured a 1-0 victory in the league, before a penalty shoot-out win in the Carabao Cup.
