Brentford B are set to face Under-21 sides Hull City, Derby County and Wycombe Wanderers in the 2026/27 Premier League Cup group stage.
The young Bees, who won the competition in 2023, will face each team home and away as they eye a place in the knockout stages.
Sam Saunders’ side open their campaign this Sunday at home against Wycombe, Wheatsheaf Park playing host to the fixture with a 12pm kick-off.
The west Londoners will next be at home in the competition on 10 October against Derby, before rounding out their home PL Cup fixtures against Hull on 22 November.
The PL Cup features 10 groups of four teams, with the top-ranked sides of each group automatically going through the knockout stages.
The six best second-placed teams make up the remaining places in the round of 16.
Saunders’ side finished second in Group E last season with four wins from their six games, before losing 3-2 to Burnley in the round of 16.
The Bees went a few steps better the season prior, progressing to the final before losing to QPR 3-1.
