We are delighted to confirm that through the combined efforts of the fans, Brentford FC, Swansea City, the EFL, Wembley and The NHS, we have managed to obtain a further 1,000 tickets. These 1000 tickets per Club have been permitted to help in supporting the NHS with a status service trial relating to the free NHS App. Further information on this trial is detailed below.
While we are thrilled to have an additional 1,000 Bees fans joining us at Wembley, we now face an extremely challenging situation in terms of sales windows and ticket distribution; with Saturday on the horizon, we need to run a process that we are confident we can fulfil.
Having consulted with BIAS and Bees United, we have agreed to continue the Ticket Access Points (TAPs) process for frozen Season Ticket Holders and Premium Seat Holders. Those frozen season ticket holders with between 1,900 and 2,600 TAPs are guaranteed one of these tickets if they purchase before 5pm on Thursday 27 May. The available tickets are situated in Level 5 in the north stand (Category 3) and are priced at £45 for adults and £22.50 for under-16s and seniors.
All supporters will need to purchase their tickets online. All tickets must be collected from the Box Office. Sadly, there is no option for posting tickets or collecting from Wembley. The Box Office is open at the Brentford Community Stadium on Thursday and Friday (9am-8pm) for collections of online orders only. Please note you will not be allowed to buy at the window, collections only.
We will try to support those wanting to sit together but cannot guarantee that all tickets will be situated close together. To sit near friends and family in groups of up to six, it’s extremely important to buy in one transaction and select the relevant people from your Friends and Family group with the requisite TAP’s
If we still have any tickets remaining at the end of Thursday, we will broaden the TAPs group further, but from 5pm tomorrow availability will not be guaranteed, with tickets sold on a first come, first served basis. Whilst we are disappointed and dismayed at the initial allocations given to both Brentford FC and Swansea City, we are delighted more tickets have been made available at the eleventh hour. We share your anger and frustration and will do everything we can to ensure as many Bees fans as possible get to Wembley on Saturday to support the team.
The entire ticketing process for the Final has been painful and challenging and we are grateful for your patience and understanding.
Information on Trial at Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final
The NHS in England is working on providing individuals with the means to demonstrate their COVID status through a digital and non‐digital route. This service launched on 17 May and the app can be freely downloaded now. Trials are ongoing to test the technology, including a 2D Barcode scanning process. Results of these trials will be fed into the government review and will be used to develop and enhance the features of the service. Stipulations for these 1000 fans are as follows: • All fans who are registered at an English postcode and aged 16 and over are asked to download the free NHS App and verify their details as soon as possible prior to the Final. Please note that the NHS App is not the same as the NHS COVID‐19 app. (The app is not available to fans in Scotland, Wales or Ireland) • All remaining fans will be issued with a dummy 2D Barcode to assist with the research and the test of the free NHS App • All tickets within the additional 1000 MUST be collected from the club ground from Thursday 27 May onwards, where fans be asked to show proof of a verified NHS App
Please note that the above two stipulations are not a condition of entry, and spectators will not be refused entry if unable to comply with the above. Please note that spectators do not need to be vaccinated to take advantage of these additional tickets.
