Join the Journey!

Brentford Women are continuing their rise through the football pyramid, now competing in the London & South East Regional Women's Football League Premier Division – the fifth tier of the women’s game in England.

After four seasons of hard work in Division One North, the team finally earned promotion in style during the 2024/25 season, winning 21 games and losing just once, finishing with an incredible 63 points.

Now only four tiers away from the WSL, the Bees are making their mark in a new league, with the same hunger, determination, and ambition driving them towards the top.

Promotion Champions: A Day to Remember

Brentford Women sealed long-awaited promotion with a 4-2 win over Clapton Community, crowned champions of the London & South East Regional Women’s Football League Division One North.

Goals from Ashley Cheatley, Maddie Phillips, Nikki Woods and Carolin Engelhard capped a dominant season in which the Bees finally achieved the step up they had narrowly missed in previous years.

Head coach Karleigh Osborne called it “a wonderful achievement” and the start of an exciting new chapter.

NEW ERA UNDER CARLY WILLIAMS

A new chapter begins with the arrival of Carly Williams as head coach. Joining from Arsenal, where she spent nearly a decade developing some of England’s brightest young players, Carly brings a wealth of experience from elite football environments and a strong focus on player growth both on and off the pitch. Described by women’s football consultant Lois Fidler as “a perfect fit for a club with big ambitions”, Carly embodies the values that make Brentford special and is ready to lead the team into their next stage of progress.
