The introduction of a single sign-on process, via one single Bees account for each fan is the next phase of the roll-out of our new website which was launched in the summer.
A single sign-on solution means that fans only have to log in once, with the same details for ticketing, video, Bees Store and the Brentford FC App. All details and communication preferences will be managed in one place.
In order to register for this, and to take full advantage of everything the new website has to offer, all fans will be required to set up their Bees account using their current ticketing account email address. This is a mandatory one-off process for all of our fans.
From 31 October 2022, log-ins will switch to single sign-on. From this date you must have created your password before you can buy Tickets, merchandise or log into the Brentford FC App. You will now need to use your new Bees account login details.
From this point forward, when you log in using your Bees account on brentfordfc.com, you will not have to enter your details on shop.brentfordfc.com and tickets.brentfordfc.com after clicking to log in.
