A damaging winger, Naeem Giscombe joined Brentford in the summer of 2024.

Following time spent in the youth set-up at West Ham, Giscombe made the move to Reading, where he spent two years before moving to west London ahead of the 2024/25 season.

He joined his new teammates on a pre-season tour to Germany, playing 90 minutes in the Under-18s 3-3 draw with Heidenheim Under-17s.

Giscombe carried that momentum into the Professional Development League (PDL), PDL Cup and FA Youth Cup campaigns, scoring 10 goals and picking up three assists.

His 10 goals ranked third in the U18 squad, while 13 goal contributions sat Giscombe equal fourth in the squad.

A season highlight came in a clash with Swansea City U18s at Jersey Road, Giscombe scoring a second half winner to secure a 1-0 victory.

Giscombe has had a glittering start to the 2025/26 season, hitting double figures for both goals and assists before the Christmas break, form that he puts down to his hard work in the off-season.

The winger's excellent form earned him a debut for the Under-21s in January 2026, as he came off the bench in a 2-1 loss to Millwall Under-21s at Wheatsheaf Park.
