A commanding left-sided centre-back, Josh Oladapo-Gamu joined the club as part of a new cohort of scholars ahead of the 2025/26 season. 

Previously part of both West Ham and Charlton Athletic’s academy systems, Oladapo-Gamu adds height and physical presence to the Under-18s back line. 

He is a dominant figure defensively, strong in the air, and composed in possession, making him a key presence in the young Bees defence.
