A commanding left-sided centre-back, Josh Oladapo-Gamu joined the club as part of a new cohort of scholars ahead of the 2025/26 season. 

Previously part of both West Ham and Charlton Athletic’s academy systems, Oladapo-Gamu adds height and physical presence to the Under-18s back line. 

A dominant figure defensively, strong in the air and composed in possession, Oladapo-Gamu was joined by 11 other new scholars in the summer of 2025.

He was a strong member of Gary McDermott's side across his first season in west London.

The defender scored a timely goal late on in the campaign at Wheatsheaf Park to help the Bees secure the Under-17 Professional Development League Shield with a 4-0 win over Bolton Wanderers.
