Jai Nwosu is a natural goalscorer who joined the Bees from Chelsea at Under-15 level, going on to sign his two year scholar with Brentford ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Nwosu featured regularly for the Under-18s in the 2025/26 season whilst with the Under-16s, scoring 18 times and assisting 5.

He made his Under-18s debut in a 3-1 win against Crewe and bagged a brace in the U17s PDL Shield final as they beat Bolton 4-0 at Wheatsheaf Park.

He scored his first goal of the 26/27 campaign in the Under-18s first ever Under-18 Premier League win, opening the scoring in a 3-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion.
