A fast and direct winger, Isaac Holland made the move to Brentford in August 2022.
Having graduated through the ranks at Sheffield Wednesday, Holland made the move to west London to link up with then head coach Neil MacFarlane.
Holland impressed at Sheffield Wednesday, his Under-18 side finishing their league campaign in fourth while making the FA Youth Cup fifth round that same season.
While injuries have hampered Holland at times while at Jersey Road, he responded strongly to have a strong 2024/25 season.
His breakout game came against Charlton Athletic, Holland contributing five assists in the young Bees' 6-1 Professional Development League win away from home.
He scored a vital brace on the road against Burnley as Brentford took home a valuable three points en route to finishing in the top-two of the south group of the PDL, eventually claiming the national title with a win over Bournemouth.
Holland finished the season with seven goals and 12 assists and was awarded the Mary Halder award, given to a B-team player each season recognising a campaign of progression, fantastic attitude and professionalism, whilst adhering to the values that the club holds close.
After an injury-riddled start to the 2025/26 campaign, Holland returned to pick up an assist in a 3-0 away win over Swansea City.
He scored soon after in a 2-1 Premier League Cup win over Luton Town at Wheatsheaf Park before injury put an end to his season.
