An athletic defender who is calm on the ball, Ellis Foster-Jones joined Brentford Academy at its relaunch.

The defender had previously been with Arsenal Academy before making the move to west London.

Foster-Jones impressed as an Under-16 and stepped into the Under-18 squad at times across the 2025/26 Professional Development League season, before signing as a scholar in the summer of 2026.
