Donal O’Connor joined Brentford B on a three-year deal in August 2026, which runs until the summer of 2029.

Making the switch from Cork City to west London, O’Connor brings with him first team experience, having made 10 appearances across all competitions in the 2026/27 season for Cork City, who sat 20 points clear at the top of the Ireland first division when he made the switch.

At 6ft 1in, O’Connor is a commanding centre-half with invaluable game-time under his belt, providing Saunders’ side with serious stature at the back.
