A versatile left-sided defender, Amaru Goppy joined Brentford at Under-15 level.

The defender had previously spent time with Chelsea before signing with the Bees.

Goppy featured in matchday squads for the Under-18s across the 2025/26 season before signing as a scholar in the summer of 2026.
