Original tickets for this fixture will remain valid. Fans who purchased a ticket will be contacted early next week with confirmation of this change and how they can claim a refund if they wish to do so.
Fans will have until 5pm on Thursday 16 February to claim a refund. Any returned tickets will go on sale to Season Ticket and Premium Seat Holders on Friday 17 February at 2pm. Should any tickets remain unsold, they will be made available to My Bees Members on Monday 20 February at 2pm.

Coaches will depart from Ealing Road, Brentford TW8 0LN (near the Novotel Brentford).
Departure time: 3.30pm - please arrive promptly as we are not able to wait for late arrivals
No alcohol will be permitted on the coaches.

Open 2 hours 30 minutes prior to kick-off on matchdays until half time, then open for 30 minutes after full time (subject to fixture).
Note: overseas ticket buyers - tickets will not be sent in the post. Choose ‘Print at Home’ or they will be held for collection on matchday.
ACCESSIBILITY
Children under the age of 2 years will not be permitted entry into the ground due to health and safety reasons. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an over 18.
Personal Asssistant Tickets - Disabled supporters who are in receipt of a Middle to Higher rate of DLA and/or receipt of enhanced PIP should purchase the relevant ticket (i.e. Adult, Senior, Young Person or under 18), and then contact [email protected] to organise a complimentary personal assistant’s ticket. This must be done in the relevant sales window. Please also let us know if you require ambulant or accessible seating and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Wheelchair Spaces – we have limited spaces available so please contact [email protected] and we will look allocate you a space along with a carer if required. For away games, the spaces we are allocated are subject to availability with a limited number given to us. Again this must be done in the relevant sales window.
