In the other semi-final, Sheffield Wednesday beat Portimonense.
The Bees, who drew with Portimonense in a friendly last week, will play Sheffield Wednesday in the final.
Jon De Souza, Youth Team Manager, said: “I've been delighted with the players’ effort attitude and application. We have worked them extremely hard, training up to four times a day in some cases. Hopefully by the end of the trip we will be in a position where the players are nearing match fitness.
“In the semi-final, against Olhanense, I was delighted with the tempo and intensity of our play. The key now will be matching and improving the energy levels against Sheffield Wednesday in the final.”
The Youth Team trip to Portugal has been paid for by funding supplied under the Erasmus Plus initiative.
