Jon De Souza's Youth Team are in action on Saturday morning at home to Colchester United looking for a fifth match without defeat.
Last Saturday's draw with Swansea City, secured with a 97th minute goal from Bradley Clayton, left Brentford five points clear at the top of the table.
The Bees have collected 10 points from their last four games, scoring 11 and conceding three goals in the process.
Brentford have a strong record at home this season with six wins, three draws and just one defeat from their ten games so far.
Colchester United are at the other end of the league table but come into the game on the back of a 2-0 win over QPR in their last outing.
The Us have lost five of their seven away games this campaign, conceding 23 goals in the process.
They did however win the first meeting between these two sides back in January as a curious Brentford performance saw Jon De Souza's side slip to a 5-3 defeat.
With a number of clubs ganging up behind The Bees in the Under-18 Professional Development League Two South table they know they can't afford another slip up against The Us.
The match will be played at Brentford's Jersey Road Training Ground, kick off 11am.
