This morning, Brentford Football Club asked for for volunteers to help cover the Griffin Park pitch on Sunday.
With temperatures set to drop this weekend, Head Groundsman Nick Baldwin will be covering the playing surface with frost covers on Sunday at 11am to try and ensure it is in good condition for the upcoming run of home fixtures.
As ever, many hands make light work and Brentford supporters are set to give up their free time on Sunday to assist the ground staff.
There has been a great response to the plea and there are now enough volunteers.
The Club would like to thank those who have put themselves forward.
