Stuart Dallas has sent another update from the Northern Ireland international squad.
The Brentford winger has been compiling a video diary while he is on international duty.
Yesterday he took part in a Twitter takeover, which was filmed and can be seen at the bottom.
Stuart scored his first international goal in Northern Ireland's 1-1 draw with Qatar in a friendly on 31 May.
He also played 90 minutes in a behind closed doors friendly against Republic of Ireland last Thursday, 4 June.
The wide man now has four Northern Ireland caps to his credit.
The latest video diary is below.
