Brentford Manager Uwe Rösler has called on all football fans to take a trip to Griffin Park later this month and watch his exciting young team.
The Bees welcome Stevenage to Griffin Park for an npower League One game on Saturday December 22.
Brentford will be running a special promotion for the match with supporters able to pay whatever they are able to get a ticket for the match.
The ‘Pay What You Can’ scheme will see advance match tickets for Brentford fans sold at the price the supporter wants to pay, starting at a minimum of £1.
Uwe said: “Over the past two seasons, a team has been built at Griffin Park that tries to play the game in the right way.
“The supporters have seen some football that they have really enjoyed.
“Our fans have been fantastic.
“Those that come to Griffin Park regularly have really helped us turn our home ground in to a fortress and I would like to thank them.
“But, if we are to do the unbelievable this season and really challenge for promotion, we need a full stadium more regularly.
“The players deserve to play in front of a full stadium.
“I believe we are a team that would be attractive to a neutral supporter.
“They should come down and see some League One football.
“I think they will be impressed and then hopefully, we will have new Brentford supporters.”
The minimum price for a ticket will be £1 and every ticket, whether for adult, senior, student or junior, in The Bees United Stand, The BIAS Stand and The Bill Axbey Stand will be available.
Those who attend the match can also raise money for charity at the same time as when more than £5 is paid for a ticket, the Club will donate 50 per cent of the excess, excluding VAT, to the charity Sport Relief.
The Bees currently sit fourth in npower League One, with Stevenage fifth, and are unbeaten in eight league games.
In their past two home fixtures they have beaten fellow promotion-chasers Sheffield United and Milton Keynes Dons.
“We have had some great results at home this season,” continued Uwe.
“The last two home games have been a great experience for everybody.
“It won’t always be like that and there will be games when it is difficult and it is then that we need the fans.”
There has been a steady flow of inquiries to the Brentford FC Ticket Office and ticket sales are now past the 2,000 mark.
Hundreds have paid more than £5 for their tickets and the Club is hopeful there will be a substantial donation heading the way of Sport Relief.
The Club offers reduced price tickets for families at every game with two adults and two children able to attend for just £30 and one adult able to bring two children for £25.
But for the Stevenage match, a family of four can attend for just £4.
Uwe added: “Brentford has shown over the years that it is a family club and a community club.
“It is a club that works hard to encourage people to attend games, making it affordable, and looking to bring in the next generation of supporters.
“That starts with families and with competitive admission prices.
“This offer takes it to a new level and it is a fantastic idea from the Commercial Department and Chief Executive Mark Devlin.
“Every family in the area can attend this game at a price they can afford.
“I hope to see Griffin Park full against Stevenage and that those people return and become Brentford supporters.”

Tickets are on general sale now and will be limited to six per person.
Tickets will be available from the Club’s Ticket Office at Griffin Park, which is open from 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday.
