Our matchday ticketing facilities have been upgraded in time for Saturday’s Emirates FA Cup Third Round tie with Walsall. A new ticket collection booth, situated in Braemar Road, has been constructed in place of turnstiles one and two at Griffin Park.
Fans will now collect tickets exclusively from this area instead of the Ticket Office situated adjacent in Braemar Road, which will now handle sales and enquiries only. The move is designed to improve customer service, cut down on queuing times, and relieve congestion.
The two vintage turnstile blocks, thought to be in use for more than 60 years, have been removed and will be deposited in storage for potential display in the planned Brentford Community Stadium in Lionel Road.
