Ultimate Frisbee is a fun non-contact game which is suitable for all abilities. The minimum age for participants is 14 years on the day of the event. Brentford FC Community Sports Trust will be playing one continuous game from 5pm to 8pm and there is still time to book a one hour slot to play your part.
The hour that you book for includes a short training session in playing Ultimate Frisbee and then you will be able to join in the game for a 20-30min session on the pitch. There will also be other activities to take part in, provided by the Trust, and a barbeque laid on by the Hilton Syon Park.
