Work is currently ongoing to ensure that the Ticket Access Point (TAP) system is up-to-date ahead of our Sky Bet Championship match against Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road on Saturday 12 March. We have been experiencing problems allocating TAP on attendance since the beginning of the season and have been in discussions with our ticketing supplier over a solution which will be in place for the beginning of next season.
However, to ensure that all TAP are correct ahead of selling tickets for the match at Loftus Road we are currently in the process of manually updating all TAP for Season Ticket Holders. Once completed this manual update will be extended to all club members. During the upload process fans may see changes in their TAP on the online ticketing website however all TAP will return to their correct number at the end of the process.
We hope to have this process completed by the end of this week and will update fans with further details regarding ticket sales for the local derby against Queens Park Rangers as soon as possible.
