In the other Semi-Final, Wigan Athletic face Queens Park Rangers and the former are at home first tomorrow night, Friday May 9.
Three of those teams, the ones that are unsuccessful, will be facing Brentford next year.
Derby face Brighton in the second leg of their tie on Sunday, May 11, while QPR host Wigan on Monday, May 12.
The Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final will be played on Saturday May 24.
In League One, Leyton Orient travel to Peterborough United on Saturday, May 10, and then host the Cambridgeshire side on Tuesday, May 13.
In the other Sky Bet League One Play-Off Semi-Final, Preston North End host Rotherham United on Saturday, May 10, while the reverse match will be played next Thursday, May 15.
The League One Play-Off Final, which will decide the team that gets to joined Brentford in The Championship, will be played on Sunday May 25.
Burton Albion, Fleetwood Town, Southend United and York City will contest the League Two Play-Offs.
