Brentford FC held its annual senior citizens Christmas luncheon for the fourth consecutive year yesterday afternoon, and we are grateful to the BFC Lifeline Society for sponsoring this year’s event.
Close to 100 local senior citizens enjoyed a Christmas Luncheon Party including games of bingo and a close up magician at Griffin Park. During the afternoon some had their photographs taken with Brentford mascot Buzzbee, whilst enjoying magician Lee Florida, who performed close up magic at each table on the day.
The Club are also grateful to Shaw and Co Estate Agents, Tony Marks of Kerry London, Sean Barrett of Thorgills, Liz Cabble of Urban Planters, Club Brentford members Bob Hill and Ralph Collins, and Nick Kilby of Tea Pigs for the generous donations, that allowed us to provide each senior citizen to leave with a Christmas goody bag.
