Season ticket renewals for the 2023/24 campaign will be launched later this month following consultation with fan groups.
The renewal window will open towards the end of February with existing season ticket holders having until Friday 31 March to renew.
Our aims for the coming campaign will be to:
Confirm our ongoing commitment to affordable football and support fans to spread the cost of season tickets over the course of the season
Fill the stadium. In order to maximise stadium occupancy, we need to reduce the number of season ticket holders that either a) do not attend games or b) do not list their seat on the ticket exchange (on average around 1,000 seats per match are empty despite being sold)
Significantly improve the online ticketing experience, particularly the ticket exchange
A series of meetings have been held with BIAS and Bees United since November to consult on policies and related issues, which has helped to inform our plans for the coming season.
Chief executive Jon Varney said: “We have been working hard to put in place our season ticket plans for the 2023/24 campaign.
“Ahead of the launch, I would like to provide some reassurance that we are very mindful of the current cost-of-living crisis and levels of price inflation which are affecting our fans, our community, football clubs and businesses across the country. Indeed, this was top of our list when we set our objectives for this piece of work.
“The feedback we have received from BIAS and Bees United who were involved in the ticketing working group was very useful. Their input has helped us to make informed decisions and it’s been very collaborative and an excellent sounding board for our ideas.
“We would like to thank all of the fans involved for the time and energy which they have put into this project.
“We are now putting the final touches on our campaign and look forward to sharing the details with our season ticket holders soon.”
